My note on Homestuck: Beyond Canon.


Two days ago, it was a funny coincidence that HSBC got an update in the same day with Ultra Jump Magazine. If Homestuck was a manga, the original comic could be a shonen (almost like in real life, where it received lots of updates), while HSBC would be a seinen (which is announced to update monthly). No wonder that teen Homestuck fans (and also Vriska) don't like the sequel, because the characters, like any real people, grow, mature and change.

After reading HSBC yesterday, tonight I had a dream that

Meat!John was revived somehow.

As we remember from October update,

Terezi wanted to release his corpse for some serious reason.

Well, on the year of DF's 7th anniversary, UnderEvent 2023 announced 2.8.0 on January 2024. But the game was delayed, and after 9th anniversary, it's hopeful for DF be announced on UnderEvent 2025.
