so one day i just sorta had the idea was to make a game that's essentially the usual fnaf fan game you'd see on scratch

and-so i made these 3 !!!

they're purposely made to be generic color-coded characters using the same base with different personalities

( also fun fact their keyboard mash names came first before their shorter aliases )

guko is one of my personal favorite characters of the original cast

the thought process around this is that instead of making them JUST a withered or older version of giki, she'd essentially be her own character that looks like giki

but then she got injured a bit due to an accident

( in a way that means their keyboard mash name is a bit of false advertising considering they're not actually a broken version of giki ,.,.,., )

and then for jeantrap ....

if i have to be honest and this wasn't inherently intentional but i did think of lockjaw when i was working on this guy :V

the sorta idea was to essentially have a springtrap character that isn't special in the slightest and was just chill with being like that

and then lastly for the main cast, boogie !!!!

this is the generic puppet-like music box character and stuff where it has more human-like proportions and doesn't quite fit in with the others

originally their body was all-around light yellow but i thought that looked too similar to an older character i've made called mystery man so i changed it to be a bit closer to orange in general and made the lower arms more orange

the idea of boogie was sorta a combination of swagman ( he's in hit game TOO MANY NIGHTS ), mystery man and nekuu of all things :V

i also gave them a dynamic with guko where they indirectly caused the fact she's injured ( which is why she's sorta nervous around them )

anything beyond this is reaching spoiler territory so read at your own risk btw

so, those previous characters were made BEFORE i had the idea of this having meta and ARG aspects

so upon getting into what would be the golden freddy-esque character, i thought about things further and decided to make this be an EXPERIMENT ,.,..,,.

so this character design is pretty much just pyrite from hazbear's except it's with sama :V

but the character PERSONALITY and their role in the story the real meat of it imo

i tried making them be a PSEUDO-ANTAGONIST
i've once described them as essentially a reverse " Glitchando " if you know who that is ................

they aren't doing anything intentionally bad, they're the reason you can play this game, and all they really want is to have a fun time with you

which is why your first PROPER encounter with them is a friggin' DELTARUNE FIGHT ..........

by the way they look scary because their original role in the game WAS to be the scary mysterious golden freddy one that you should not speak of, but they defied that role when they saw the reality of the world they live in

by the way amas' name is the reverse of sama and also the name amas was based off of the indonesian word " emas " which means gold blargrggggrg

if i have to be honest i have no idea how i came up with this design

i just knew that i wanted it to have the boogie mask and the mint soul represented somewhere

their name is referred to as YOU in multiple points in the game, but i prefer calling them " your body " cause they're not really you. they're just the body that you use for this reality ( and also i already have a character named You :V )

iirc the colors of purple and green was supposed to match with the colors of blue and red

purple is red and blue combined and also y'know , the whole RGB thing

i don't recall if i had any other inspiration for this :V

oh also behind the mask is just a hollow hole by the way

BoogieBuns are very obviously made to look like the bnuuys in TSoD

they don't have anything to them other than the fact they're based-off of Guko and Boogie ( don't ask why )

and the gulper is a png image of a gulper eel i found on google a whileeee ago that i just thought was really funny

it's sorta an inside joke at this point :V

the gulper was originally a character named death boogie

but i didn't rly like them ......

BIGGGGG SPOILERS AHEAD DONT' READ THIS IF YOU HAVEN'T BEATEN IT !!!!!!!!!

now, last but absolutely not least ... her

oh boy i have a lot to say for this one ......

she's made to go with amas in a lot of ways

both of them have defied their intended role in completely different ways

this probably the closest thing this game has to a " villain " but even then she's like ... way closer to a victim than anything :V

though, she had an earlier version where she didn't have a mask to reveal an EVILLLL smile and she was supposed to just be essentially amas but eviler, but i changed that VERY early so that she has a MUCH more interesting dynamic with amas and in-general a much more interesting character

the idea was for her to be an addition that doesn't add much to the main part of the game. for her to be a COMPLETE outcast to everything else. this is why her motif in the soundtrack's only in songs extremely directly related to her while amas' motif is in literally EVERY song. it's also why she doesn't even appear in the credits nor the extras even though the extras get updated after the game's completion :V

in the original plan of the game, instead of her letting you go ... you were supposed to KILL her. going back into the ticket-booth would've instead shown a grave.

the secret cutscene where amas apologizes to her would've instead be amas sitting next to it with a note that you can read where they essentially talk about how they apologize, wish they could've been there for her, etc

the use of gritty distorted images in her night were to further reinstate how she's not supposed to belong with everyone else. making her look further as an outcast and whatnot

she also doesn't have a name by the way

some people called her OG or OG you considering she's the original version of your body and the closest thing she has to a name is " Untamed " cause that's what she's referred to in the files, but i don't consider either to be her actual name.

i have a lot more to say about her but i don't know how to put it into words honestly

so i think that's all for now

so yeah !!!

i REALLYYYYY love every one of these characters and i'm happy others do aswell

i'm hoping to use them in some sort of way again, but there absolutely won't be a sequel to this game :V
