New ability and more


Added a new ability, Dash.
You can dash in any direction and stop a bullet as long as you’re dashing, including ability bullets

A new option for the mode No Chill, now you can toggle if there’s gonna be a limited supply of bullets.
What that means is that if there’s more ammo than players the bullets wont spawn any ammo. I added this because some thought it was annoying having 24+ ammo balls laying around the map and others abusing it by spamming bullets. But as some thought it was fun i left it in as a option
