Let’s face it, getting all the nitty gritty details about how your game is doing in the public eye is an integral part of learning about your audience. I have good news: It’s going to be a whole lot easier now, because the improved analytics system has gone live!

This updated system was a requirement for Marketplace; you can consider it to be paving the way to Marketplace’s public release. It will also serve as a foundation for other future detailed reports.
While we’re still retroactively filling in some data for your games (i.e. country origin of your audience), there are some categories we won’t be able to fill in, such as top sources and referring pages; these simply didn’t exist in our previous analytics system. You can look forward to this new information being revealed to you as more people discover your work!

You can currently view analytics on the following items: games, packages, and releases. Expect more metrics in the future, as well as a full account overview!
Remember that you can always set a Google Analytics account for your game as well in your game’s Settings page. Once that’s set you’ll immediately start getting pageview data in to your GA account.
