New information, I am SO close to finding a playable build of this game. One of the more interesting builds was this one called ",MYA;W;/vlp:E:E:E:E:E:E-zbwlynhtlz-ilukfhukaolpurthjopul-LpzDhajopun", it sent me to a website that contains these images.

Along with that, couple images I found of Mr. E (I'm assuming this is him)
