Small translation test in my language

This is purely an edited image as i dont plan on actually making a hack

updated title screen and sneak peak of the translated names

messages will be soon, currently retranslating fixed the borders

note: neo will talk in third person instead here

I like to program music data, even if it can get tedious downsizing the data so a very small amount of kilobytes at times :p
