I set up Game Jolt as an open platform. Always has been, always will be. But with over a hundred thousand daily users, we sometimes end up with…icky content.
Did you know there are 1,500-2,000 comments added to the site every single day? Yeesh.
As we’ve grown, managing the amount of content added to the site every day has been quite a challenge. I’d love your help to clean up the site now that we have created the tools to get the job done.
So, here’s how it works. Any game, user, or comment can be reported to us for various reasons. We get the report in and then take action if we deem it was breaking a rule of the site.
Look for the “more options” icon:
It then flows into our Event Horizon system—the last chance before getting sucked into the abyss—where we decide what to do with it.
