Basically, it's one universe's Rosalina, who, through murky circumstances, ended up being trapped in the body of a Luma. However, the amount of power being shoved into that small of a space sort of caused her to go... odd. She became sentient, and developed her own personality, and then began taking over and essentially eating other universes. You know your universe is about to be invaded because you'll find an item named after her. Pretty soon, you'll see a blue star thing with tendrils of garbage data meticulously tearing your world apart.

She can take over the bodies of those she has sort of glitched to death, at which point their eyes go completely glowing white and they speak with an echo.

She is a lesbian, and she can use her body-taking-over to get in relationships (which she occasionally does), although she still thinks rape and whatnot is bad and any who take that step definitely know it's her.

She hates most people, including EXE's. She finds SFM.CHR to be a pest, but she deals with him because he knows a lot of things. Sometimes, when forced to work together more directly to deal with a bigger threat, she hides in his hat like the Prince Luma and Mario.

She has taken over at least 300 universes so far.

She likes potato chips.

Her favorite animal is the rat.

She is the reason that every annoying motion control gimmick exists.

Other names she goes by include The Waggle Demon, Soupy (SFM), The Assimilator, and Clara.
