New MK/Undyne coding is halfway done now! And more improvements made to genocide dialogue in Foundry.

Read article (spoilers if you have not already played the route) for more info about geno changes. This is a big article because it's a big topic.


Outertale's "genocide" route... one of my best ideas. Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, Alphys, Mettaton, Asgore and most others all act in a belivable way in the story.

But one character has always been flawed (not in a good way) which is Asriel. Basically, the original plan I had for him was that taking Toriel's dead soul "corrupted" him and encouraged him to do a full genocide. However... I kinda realized that, this sucks! So I scrapped the idea and just made him be the same person as Asriel - just like Flowey was the same person as Asriel in UT.

What actually changed?

Asriel's dialogue (mainly facial expressions) lacked the nuance of UT flowey, so thats mostly what I changed. He also has a few more moments of pause or concern to show that he isn't COMPLETELY evil.

MORE dialogue sprites, this time for a previously mentioned goober. I still won't spoil anything, but they're used as Petrichor's app icon for a very good reason. This character now has the most dialogue sprites of any in the game! (26 total)
