More Options Available
When you feel a situation needs our attention, you will now be given more options to choose from when reporting the issue. Some of the options will also request additional information so that you can provide us with the facts we need, enabling us to swiftly take care of unpleasantries without having to dig for clues.
Of course, this isn't to say we won't do some investigation where necessary. Not all of the reports that come our way are a result of legitimate concerns, after all, so we'll take care to handle each case appropriately.
Please use it!
Of course, while we hope you'll encounter as few violations as possible, we just want to make it known that using our reporting system when necessary is really the best way to get our attention.
We understand, we all get a little beside ourselves with worry at times, but shouting at members of our team, or tagging them, does little to help us solve problems you experience. We want to help in the best way possible, so please, again, take advantage of this feature when you need to. We appreciate it!
