News Regarding Chapter 1 and 2


Heyyyy, guys! Star-kun here. I have good news and bad news! First of all, let’s start with the good news. Chapter 1 is getting a major overhaul! After hearing many complaints about the demo version, I was encouraged to create a grand update to the first chapter. Let’s just say it’ll be a nice treat to have while you guys wait for the next chapter.

Now, the bad news… I currently have no plans to work on chapter 2, as of YET. It’s just, making a game is harder than you think! To think of original ideas for a story and make amazingly-hard puzzles, it’s just a lot to do in a short period of time. Sorry to disappoint. Chapter 2 might not even be released for another year! I’m working on another small horror game so it could take some time before I’m able to return to chapter 2. On the bright side, chapter 2 will be developed on another game engine: RPG Maker VX ACE! It’s much easier than Game Maker and I feel more at freedom with it, haha. xD

Although, since a lot of you are dying to have Chapter 2 in your hands, let me fill you in on some juicy details…

- Chapter 2 will revolve around Alex Kiosuke

- Chapter 2 will have beautiful (not really) CGs for your eyes to enjoy!

- Chapter 2 will be much shorter than chapter 1 (I’m so sorry, I’m so short on time)

-Chapter 2 will focus more on the characters’ backstories and lives, specifically Alex

- Only Alex will be playable in chapter 2

- All characters will look significantly different in contrast to their original looks

(That also means the update for chapter 1 will have the overhauled looks meaning that the looks will also stay for chapter 2 and beyond)

So far that’s all I can say about chapter 2. Also, curious to see what they’ll look like? Well, I’ve already finished most of the new characters’ looks!
