- Fixed sick enemies casting level 0 spells not casting the appropriate rage spell correctly
- Enemies that drop below 0 after a rage spell take exertion damage.

- Changed title, does not show version anymore - This was actually done due to the way PID works. Which actually breaks debug mode ^^

- New enemy health status: Presidential.
- HP drain will flat-rate heal 10000 if your HP is high enough to roll the value negative.
- Added several checks to reward gains for negative rewards.
- Added some special messages for the old saves out there in the wild
- New, most expensive weapon - Portable Death Laser
- Added new syntaxes for weaponry on equip screen. Capitalization not necessary anymore!
