Next Dream is a prototype puzzle game demo.I’ve been learning with UE5 for about six months, building this project as a hands-on way to explore puzzle design and gameplay systems.

The demo is available on GameJolt:NextDream

Inspiration🧰

This project is mainly inspired by Q.U.B.E. 2 and The Talos Principle, with level layout and exploration ideas influenced by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Core Gameplay🎮

The core mechanic revolves around manipulating the Five Elements —

Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth — to solve environmental puzzles.

Players climb upward through a vertical tower, unlocking new elemental powers layer by layer.

Each element introduces new interactions, mechanics, and puzzle ideas, gradually expanding the complexity of the gameplay as you progress.

Feedback Welcome🔎

I’d really appreciate it if you could try the demo and share your thoughts.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the puzzles or mechanics are more than welcome.

Thank you very much for playing!💕💕
