David is the most nicest actors I've ever seen, he supportive,kind,helpful, and funny. I don't understand the meaning of why they have to go on and attack him for having the freedom of speech.

Some little context:

An actor david tennant had won an LGBTQ award for being a celebrity ally. In his speech he was talking about how it's depressing seeing that people are hating on other people just because they love somebody. In his speech he talked about one prime minister and said "I do not wish for her to be Ill, but to just shut up"

The prime minister clearly found this rude and she started calling him names,talking rudely about him, fighting with him online (david doesn't have any social medias but his wife does)

So people are clearly taking sides, most reporters on the news are taking the prime ministers side and hating on david but clearly a lot of people are taking David's side since he is one of the most beloved people in his generation.
