ok, I decided to make concepts for a Doctor Nowhere mod, this time it's "The Locust"

We recieved an OVERWHELMING amount of comments regarding Steve's voice sounding like Daddy Dearest's. Don't worry, we're working on fixing that. Hopefully you guys like his new voice! (I hope I do too).
