Today I was completely destroyed by the teacher's new in private to me that I was failing the project, because he believed in my teammates critiques and complains to me. This is the 4th time in a row where my intrussive thoughts became real and this one gave me such an impact... that honestly... I can't trust anybody around me.
Imagine "Omg what if they're talking garbage about me in my back? What if they tell the teacher lies? What if am I not enough for them? What if my work isn't valid for them? What if they compare me with their own work?" WELL HEAR ME OUT. What if ALL THOSE THOUGHTS ARE REAL. You see, you hear you're being TOLD about these insecurities, anxiety, paranoia and panic were for a REAL REASON? What would you do? How would you act? What would you say?
