Why didn't you include &Knuckles too?

Now let's resume development of this game.
The game was renamed "Sonic 3 Remastered" and added a title screen animation.
Next up
Animation changes when jumping, sprite change time when Sonic waits has been sped up.

Engine update. The engine code that I was using until recently was starting to get pretty weird, so I moved to a framework that I'm currently developing. In addition to that, I made some changes to Sonic's abilities.
