Happy to finally bring you the news - GDS v0.18 is up on the site, and implements GameJolt’s online Achievements and Leaderboards system! (big thanks for the API work from ashleygwinnell and Daniel_T/DTwomey).

All distrubutions on the page updated, wether Online (Unity Web Online) or Download (Unity Web Downloadable - PC/MAC, and PC Standalone).
(HOW TO LOGIN TO GAMEJOLT)
For Unity Web Online - should auto-login to gamejolt on startup.
For Downloadables - Please enter your GameJolt username and token on the main menu screen and press Login, wait just a teensy bit and it should say “Online”
(v0.18 NOTES:)
1.a For the downloadable distrubutions, any achievements earned while offline (not logged in to GJ when you earned the in-game achievement) will be uploaded to the GJ site once you’ve logged the game in.
1.b For the downloadable distrubutions, high scores (best point runs and best distance runs) will only be transferred to the GJ site if you’ve earned them while online (logged in to the GJ site), Since the leaderboards are “head-to-head” with other players on the site.
On Game Over screen, the “Retry” Button is only displayed if you still have Extra Lives when you crashed. If no more Extra Lives, you can only select the “Restart” button. Behaviour is same as before, this just makes it clearer when it’s a game “Retry/Continue” or a “Restart/New Game” (thanks @Haz
).
