(Okay, you must be wondering "why did you make him?", and I have 3 answers, 1- I like multiples of 5, and I had 44 OCs, meaning he will be OC N°45, 2- I wanted to have an OC based on Gaster, Friend, and Roaring Knight, and 3- I wanted to have an OC to make a crazyass plot twist in my OCs lore)
