Changed Naomi and Kyomi's last names since it seemed a bit confusing now.

Foxy redo + Sparky re-redesign (this time I took notes from the sparky design by kodiabear/blrdnames)

Haven't shown the finished redesign yet, but here it is. His new name will now be "Mr. Masumi Aquapaws". Will redesign the others for this game later.
