so sans has for some reason not been losing any memory through resets, so this leads to insanity. Now I want to talk about my theory of branching pathways for aus, for example this au could lead to the other options as the follwing, Dusttale, insaintytale, and of course this au. In this sans masks his feelings hoping to be able to hide how he is losing it but eventually he does take off the mask and shows his crippled face and the aftermath of all of this. Now the other characters would be like normal but with small differences to characters that know about sans, and the most change in papyrus. Papyrus has toughen up since then to try and show sans to be more tough and don’t hide so often. Whilst characters like undyne seem to not be as energetic as before because she knows her friends are in shambles.
