I need to learn if I can use a program to design maps (I will make my textures but I'm asking the building part) so if you know the program I need then please post the name of the program

Experimental animation of BB morphing into Halfway BB. These characters won't visibly transform like this in POPGOES Evergreen but it was fun to see how it could look. (2023)
