Not a slur, just to refer to people who aren't trans.
Cis = Not trans
Trans = anybody who isn't Cis (Or the gender they were asigned at birth)
Being trans is just being anything besides Cisgender, so being nonbinary is trans, agender is trans, genderqueer is trans, and so on.
Being cis is just being the gender you were asigned at birth, or, in other words, not transgender. So, if you ain't cis, you're trans.
