Ok so


The Tophat Society is on an island and close to Tophat empire

It has kind off the shapes of San Juan island but with some extra islands (The Prison island, The Tower island, and more)

Thats all for the like the easy part

Now for Top Hat Empire

I might leave basically where TopHat Empire is

There are 6 ports (3 Seaports and 3 Trade ports)

And there are trains to these ports

There is also a border so anyone needs access to get past it (Higher ranks don't need access)

The empire is also cut up into Sectors

(Sector-01 Sector-02 Sector-03 Sector-04 Sector-05 Sector-06 Sector-07 Sector-08 Sector-09 Sector-10 Sector-11)

And in the Middle of the country is where my palace is

And also there is a City, Fleet, Station, Palace in space

There is also an underground city
