Ok, so here's an Idea I have for a horror game (after I finish the shooter game I'm working on) but I have some questions to ask people of Scratch (and Turbowarp :b)


I am thinking of making a horror game on Scratch NOT A FNAF FAN GAME because (no offense) those are getting old and are based around the same concept of surviving a night somewhere. My horror game is going to sort of like a puzzle/escape game with maybe some jumpscare elements, tad bit of blood, and some more stuff I might come up with. Similar to a game called "INVITATIONEM" on Itch.io (a point n click horror game that scared the heck out of me when I first played it). I have a few questions though that I'd like to ask some people who have been on Scratch long enough to answer about horror games.

1 Are horror games even allowed on Scratch?

2 If so, can there be blood or any sort of gore?

3 Can the game have jumpscares?

4 I've heard of Scratch "banning" FNAF fan games. If is true why because there are some FNAF fan games I still play on Scratch today.

5 If I do end up sharing the game and Scratch bans it for some reason, can I still change some parts of it and RESHARE or is the game just banned forever?
