updated the input from the most recent strawberry engine update (vsdave uses thier input system and it was outdated)

added character offsets to the Character.hx code, to make the PlayState.hx code cleaner

added a custom credits menu that i made myself (will be adding more once i implement the icons)

added a rating system about your gaming skill

changed part of the input system to a more simplyfied version
