For anyone don't know what it does means

Some russian user talk to me that they thought I'm "russian" but I'm really non-russian (it does means "not russian") in russia community but they're like all of my kinda content i gusse but I Don't know if non-russian are allowed for community or not

This russia community is only for people who under "russian" and I'm non-russian but I almost understand this language (I did learn it) I had more "russian friends" (but one years later, some of them unfollowed me)
