so before i get started i wanna give context since its kinda part of the reasons

i genuinely, and i mean GENUINELY, HATE loud sounds and when alot of people start clapping

like if its 1 or 2 people doing that sure, doesn't bother me, but there was like 7(?) people in the class (excluding me) and thats kinda why

as for loud sounds its kinda self explanitory, if its dnb fantracks then sure its fine but IRL? nope, not at all

ok so first, we were at technology class today (yes the first subject on tuesday is technology) and when 2 of my classmates finished talking about an experiement they had done, everyone just fucking started clapping and it annoyed the fuck out of me so i covered my ears AND dropped my water bottle in the process

i also got mad at the technology teacher WHO HAD THE FUCKING AUDACITY TO SAY "dont get mad at me"

LIKE BRO, YOU'RE THE FUCKING REASON I PANICKED WHY WOULD I NOT GET MAD AT YOU

anyway, now for the 2nd reason

so, the bell in my school, rings like, REALLY loudly, i usually cover my ears, but this time it was different

this time,when it rung, i was like almost riiiight below it and when it rang i covered my ears and then started crying

this happened for like a few minutes until my mom came and picked me up

we also went to the semi-principal(?(idk what its called)) to talk about a few stuff and then i left

so yeah theres why i had a mental breakdown!
