Okay so there was a Glitch In Level 10 in Which the Ammo And Health scripts for the player were unlinked from The Ammunition boxes, The HealthPacks/Vodka and The UI. This has been Fixed With the 0.1.3 patch. This will likely be the last Early Access pack
