Open sourcing Insanity

After a few requests from within the community I have decided to release the source code of Insanity in form of a Clickteam 2.5 .mfa file to the masses. Keep in mind that this is code written in and before 2016, it is likely horrid and sets a bad example in many regards. It should purely be seen as an artifact of its time and as a tool to deduce game behavior from (since that is, what some people are interested in!).

If you are unfamiliar with GitHub, here is a direct download link to the file: https://github.com/Saalvage/Insanity/raw/main/Insanity.mfa

It's flattering to see that even after all this time at least a few people still seem to care about this game and remember it somewhat fondly.

Edit: The password to some of the event folders is "Swag".. 2015 sure was a different time!

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
