He will randomly appear in front of you when you flip the monitor down, or when you turn back from the other side of the player's room. To make him go away, just turn around then turn back, or flip the monitor up and down.

Originally, the game was going to only have 3 characters, but I later decided to add 2 more characters to the roster.
This is the first new character: Golden Koop.
