*passes out on the floor while getting to his dirt bowl bed*

*flashback transition*

it is a sunny day in the mushroom kingdom of the far past, some toads are digging and looking for something.

Toad Archeologist: hey I found something *poke sit with his shovel.

*the dark star rises, not knowing where he is*
Dark Star: w-where am i-
*he looks down*
you...
*he sees the mushroom people, not as toads but as shroobs*
you created me...
and then BURIED ME HERE AS A FAILED EXPERIMENT!

Toad: w-what!?

Dark Star: thought I couldn't understand your alien gibberish, EH!?

*he began firing laser's at the toads, and destroying the kingdom, as some star sprites sealed him, he began to convince them he didn't know they weren't the aliens who had cast him away*

Dark Star: n-no, listen, I thought they were shroobs, p-please, don't do this, I may be the only thing preventing an ALIEN INVASIO-

*he was then sealed for a few hundred years, pretty sure*

Dark Star: *wakes up*
STOP!
oh....just that nightmare....again.
at least that OTHER half wasn't there.

(also, this is based on how little we know about the M&L dark star, and this is just a little headcanon of mine about the dark star I decided to put into Mr. A's backstory, which also explains a couple of things I added to him(being fear of star sprites, and mushroom people(like shroobs and toads)))
