Over 8,000 downloads.

I'm glad you people like this game.

...but seriously, I've made more games than this one. Maybe not as 3D or fangamey as this one, but I've made more stuff than this.

I can't tell you what to play, though. You do you.

Day 111.

For Murky's neutral-special, he wields a gun.

A gloom gas gun, but a gun, nonetheless.

Strangely enough, of all the games I've made .exes of, this is the one that STILL works on my current computer. And sometimes, I realize I made some poor decisions in game design with this one.

A strange image came to me in a dream.

It looked something like this.

Day 122.

Writing original text on a Game Boy is tough. You have to balance all the text you want with super-cramped text boxes, even with VWF fonts.

On another note, Hallmark can't sue for using my own art style on my own "original" character.

Day 125.

If you know what you're doing, you can do a cinematic in GB Studio, animate a palette-swapping BG element while the text box is up, AND make it skippable to the title screen.

Find six differences between these two pictures. I can only find three. :P

Now I know how it feels to make a The Cutting Room Floor page.

Day 124.

Prologue stuff.

I sketch in full color, then make it black-and-white, then color it in again in GB Studio.

As you can see, Irene, Stella's little sister, gave her a star, and Irene gets kidnapped by a fuzzy guy.

Day 119.

Okay, THIS should be different enough to make him legally distinct, right?

Concept art time!

Early on, Tiel had a backpack because in the fic she was originally created for, she was going on an adventure along with Rick. That's why I was kinda attached to her.

Day 120.

I can trade the old world map for something smaller and manageable. After all, the world map's just a glorified Level Select screen, and we don't need the Color Castle.
