NEW golf block (jon bravo) sprite

...maybe i shouldve started the PA:LE/ADMIRATIO schedule thing a day sooner or later cause admiratio days are not very good for anniversary's as they have little work...

but then again i still wouldnt be doing too much for the mod on anniversary days even if they did happen on PA:LE

...but the other thing is

I FINALLY PUT THE WORK INTO THE NEW DATA.WIN!

I NO LONGER HAVE TO PUT THAT STUPID "no, this isnt actually being implemented yet, just more stuff im putting into the backup folder, and it will stay that way until i actually create a new UTMT file, i will copy and paste this in every daily devlog (if they have work) at the bottom so everyone who sees this gets the picture, i will stop when i finally do create a new UTMT file" CRAP AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH POST

granted it did take...ungodly long, and it...was...quite janky, but hey better than nothing!

(back post devlog, i have done a bit to the data.win to optimize things)
