Parsley Parakeet of Parsley Parakeet's Family Entertainment & Dining, seen photographed here with the now defunct mascot character Remy Raccoon. Remy was retired in 1991. All mascot costumes and animatronics of the character were summarily destroyed.

My favorite holiday-related character is the Mari Lwyd, because I find it a very charming and creative tradition that seems like a lot of fun to participate in on both sides.
