// Bug Fixes:
-Reisen should no longer remain active after you get jumpscared by someone else.
-The alarms should now reset properly when a night starts.
-Some sprites (Shanghai, Alarms, Rumia's "Disconnected" screen) shouldn't linger outside of nights anymore.

Shadow Night:
-Getting jumpscared because of the Music Box running out will no longer softlock the game.
-The TV sprite no longer lingers outside of nights.

// Balance Changes:
-Koakuma: Reduced the cooldown on alarms used when she isn't there to 20 seconds. (Previously 30s)
