Phobia: The Awakening - Update 2.1 Out Now!

Crisis averted.

-FIXES

  • Fixed an issue where The Figure would not jumpscare the player properly.

  • Attempted once again to fix the issue where the game would not save for some players.

As a side note on the second fix, I am very unsure if it'll change anything, but there may be another reason as to why the game isn't saving for you. Ensure you are playing the game through the extracted folder and not through WinRAR or just the zipped folder itself, otherwise the game will not work properly!

And if you want to keep your save data, go to the old download and open the "save" text file and do the same with the new save file. Make the new one look just like how the old one looks with the numbers, hit save, then you're good to go!

I do want to address the issue where the game opens to a white screen for a few people too, because I'm aware of that as well. After some investigating, it appears to be more a problem on other people's computers and not exactly the game. My biggest guess is that your graphics driver's current version may have a bug that might be fixed later, but even then, I remain totally unsure. If anyone has had this issue before but has since then fixed it, please let me know so I can help everyone else out, because I seriously have no idea what's going on with that issue.

Hope everything works well for you guys!

Update on what's to come!

I think it's safe to say that the Blender game engine version of Showman's: The Awakening is saved!

While nothing super exciting, the UI has been given a much-needed upgrade!

Very happy with the results!

I got inspired by phobia long hours and drew the wiggles robots as glamrock robots, I hope you guys like these designs

INTO THE PIT LOOKS SO FREAKING GOOD.

I LOVE the atmosphere from the trailer. Really excited to play this one!

Tomorrow, it’ll have been 3 years since I last completed development on a game.

Hoping to at least get something out this year, but only time will tell lol.

Algo mas complejo.

Something more complex.

Happy day of completion to Phobia: The Awakening!
