Pizzaplex VHS is one of the most disturbing fangames to ever exist.
The game is a collection of Arcade Minigames based on FNaF: Security Breach. Each one of them is themed after a certain Security Breach character and location (ex. Monty - Monty's Gator Golf).
Although seemingly innocent at first, the game quickly does a 180° and turns into a horrifying experience that has the player's skin crawling. It utilizes an analog horror aesthetic in order to creep out the player and deliver a deep but straightforward story through the means of an old VHS tape.
Each minigame has its own disturbing, gory ending (thankfully it's in 8-bit) and features a plethora of secrets for the easter-egg-hunters who dare to look behind closed doors. When collected, they lead to the hidden true ending of the game that tells one final story.
The only thing it could use would be some VHS-Style Cutscenes that play after/before each minigame in order to add to the horror factor.
Needless to say, the game is incredibly unique, since it combines the futuristic nature of FNaF: Security Breach with the terrifying genre of analog horror, while simultaneously telling a story that sends shivers down the player's spine.
