I believe that if a character in Street Fighter was originally from Final Fight, they 100% have to make them out of the most powerful characters in the roster. I can't think of anything else because I don't know much about this guy other than he is Guy's rival in the series, probably the main antagonist of it.

Guess who shows up as his final battle! Yeah, the guy himself! This time the dialogue was short so yeah, this is all of the dialogue you get against him.

Trust me when I tell you his Super Combos are really badass BADASS, with all capitals.

Nothing else to say about him, he's literally out of the most broken characters in Alpha 2 (competitively) due to his mind games potential he provides with his flashy moves. Rolento is very tricky against other players, he jumps all around the stage in miliseconds and he will throw knives at you without any hesitation.

His multi-hit attacks are really sick, they actually matter in Super Street Fighter Alpha (Extra mode in SFA Anthology - PS2) because you can use an SF3-ism, and it replicates the Parries from the game, so you will struggle against him in there. Good thing is that the mode itself is broken so no-one plays it competitively rather than for fun. I still have to look forward to play as Sodom, Charlie and Rose, I also need to sleep
