I'm currently 12, and male. I have gender dysphoria right now, and I want to be a female. The dysphoria is really dragging me down. I've been feeling sad, stressed out, and have anxiety attacks in the shower. I know the obvious solution is to come out. The problem with that is, my parents are religious, and I'm afraid to tell them. I don't want mental scars from coming out. Please send support. <3
