Hello, citizens of Ultraviolet City! We are now posting this devlog right on time! Let’s get straight to the point!
Before sharing progress, let’s all celebrate our favorite librarian, Shawn, for his birthday! Yay!
Now, let’s get into it!
First section : Art
Right now, I’m busy working on the script so priority over art is a bit smaller than usual.
However, I would like to reveal an NPC this time around! Take a Guess!

Let’s move onto the next section!
Second section: writing
Now, let’s share details of script progress. Before that, I would like to share some changes related to the game.
The name of “routes” feels a bit misleading to what the game actually is (at the current moment). To explain, think of it as a small life simulator. You’re not customizing your character or making very drastic choices but, you decide how you will spend your day.
Note: I will be honest. I don’t know if I will classify this game as a life simulator lol
Therefore, the name would be changed to hangouts! We might make it temporary but it feels suitable.
As of late, my main focus has been fleshing out the gameplay. When I started recruiting the team and made a plan, I genuinely thought it would be a simple, boring visual novel. Apparently not, haha!
I hope this isn’t too much of a chance. I try to make sure the game doesn’t go overboard with the process.
Anyways, back to script writing.
The current progress to Sara’s hangout is about…50%!
Wow! That’s awesome.
Though, we are talking about script progress. We are still not done with characters, backgrounds, etc. So, just because the script gets to 100%, doesn’t mean we’re done.
And that is all! Quite a short one, but that’s what happens when we got two devlogs in February.
see y’all in the next one!
