Fixed a bunch of bugs plus quality of life changes to the demo!

Rookie, Clover, and Maple! Bit more detailed than the older ones to make them stand out on the menu and fit better on the new death screen! That I probably shouldn't have leaked just now!

Say hello to the Citries! Unlike most characters, they won't directly kill you. Instead, they'll decrease your task count by 2! Super fun, not at all annoying in testing!
