Post Jam Roadmap! #badboxart


Hello! Thanks for playing, voting,rating, following and commenting on Wasteland Survival! I enjoyed making this #boxart jam game so much that I want to add a bit more to it post-compo before calling it finished. Read on…

What’s planned?

  • Better surroundings: Some improved models to increase immersion a bit.

  • More weapons ( minigun, flamethrower ) Suggestions for weapons very welcome

  • Fire and explosions will destroy some corpses

  • A few levels, savegames for progress.

  • Gamejolt highscores per level and overall

  • Throwables ( grenades and molotovs ) Also experimenting with luring tools ( flares, firecrackers )

  • More polish on weapon visual fx and audio

And last but not least, some multiplayer. Because killing is more fun with friends!
I’d love to know what you like about multiplayer survival games so give me your thoughts on gamemodes,mechanics or features and I will consider adding them to the game!

Out of boredom and curiosity, I coded Sailor Jupiter's Argentine Backbreaker.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Here's a Fredbear sprite i made in Aseprite! I'm pretty proud of this!
