Pre-Production: Welcome to Shoutai


This is Aclairic, one-half of Grim Prophet. We’re excited to do our first entry for Shoutai: Possession!

Shoutai: Possession is a game made with RPG Maker VX Ace. Our goal is to create a fantastic game with nice graphics and an entertaining storyline. We are currently working on the demo, which we hope to get feedback on the mechanics and overall feel of the game.

Shoutai: Possession is less of a horror and more of a psycho-thriller, as our main goal is not necessarily to scare (maybe sometimes!), but to allow players to unravel the secrets of Shoutai Forest and the spirits trapped there. We soon hope to show some videos of character creation, spirit creation, and about how we decide map layout and other things!
