The first Celeste Fest was "Starfest Beta / LE SSERAFEST", but the theme was so niche (and I was so disorganized) that it didn't do well! So, using the new rules I came up with, I decided to do one more test run! Hope to see lots of participants this time! 💕

(Yes, these ARE inspired by Splatoon Splatfests lol... and when i say "Midtown", i do mean "Overwatch Midtown" LOL)
