This is (Princess) Hannah Katzenburg, she’s the Magic Historical Geography of the North Wind of the next Arctic Freedom Fighters. Hannah is also the princess of Environmentopia, an elemental kingdom of Mobius that controls the power of the elements of the environment by magic.

She used to be a school teacher, teaching her students History of Geography about how the planets Mobius and Earth were formed by the resources of environmental elements from space. That is, until the day The Penguins and the North Wind battled the Badniks in Station Square as she admired their heroics including Agent Classified whom she adored when he saved her from the criminals that tried to attack her, even how handsome he was to her.

To this day, she used her magic to control the elements and create the simplest elements for an emergency use as she became a new member of the North Wind ever since. When it comes to Classified, inspired by Amy Rose, she has a crazy crush on him and even dotting him like a fan girl. Despite it all, she encouraged Classified to never give up at dark times.
