Progress Report #1 - Making the intro sequence / Working with the new assets


It’s been a while since the release of the first Karma Flow and since I’ve uploaded the gamepage for its sequel, this one.

I began working on Karma Flow 2 in January 2017. Some concepts here and there and the general plot were all ready for a while now.

Unfortunately, sometimes real life just gets in the way, and the whole development process, up until now, was… kinda slow.

Nevertheless, I managed to create a “gameplay engine” for Karma Flow 2, with lots, LOTS of improvements over the gameplay of the first game, and with lots of additions as well! I feel like it will be something really cool to play.

Also, the “skeleton” of the game is basically complete. I made the cutscenes and all of the concepts.

I’m now focusing on shaping the game up and improving its visuals over the first one. Here are some screens I made for comparison:

I’m currently working on the game’s Intro sequence. I’ll probably show it to you as soon as it’s done.
