Progress Report

I’m sorry that it’s taking a while for the part 2 of Enchanted Quest to be completed, but I would like everyone to know that I should be able to get the full version of my engine sometime soon, which would allow me to continue working on the game. I do have a story for the second part planned out in a way that would make it even more humorous than the prologue (“Work In Progress?!”), and once I get part 2 (or should I say, Episode 2 xD), I’ll begin seperating the parts with a little bit of an opening (may not be much at first, but I’ll see if I can add to it as I gain the skills to make better ones). I’m working hard to be able to make it so that I can get the next part of the game out for everyone… but for now, I will just leave you a message from our star Eric…

Eric: “Just hope to be able to see you guys in the next part of the game once it comes out!”

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

Chiaki Nanami!

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

Today I was setting up the location of the first boss. His name is "Father" and he is the first of the Patagonians. His task is to guard the road to the House.🛡🗡 Bookmark pre-launch page🔖🔖🔖

Quantum precognition is one of the most powerful cards. End game cards & equipment. Demo/alpha build boss is no match for this deck.

"Our work is never over" they said.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

I worked so hard to get all four of them to the end safely, but then...
