Progress update 1/7/19

You know how I was going to update the jump scares to make them look better?

Well, that has now expanded into a general polish update to make the game as good as it can possibly be.

I’m not going to add any more content at the moment since I think it has enough for the demo. The game, in my opinion, doesn’t as good as I want it to be, and I’m going to take the month or so left of the game jam to polish Basement to a point I’m proud of.

How long will this be? I don’t know. Maybe a few weeks, maybe a few days. I will get it out in time for the game jam. That gives me about 25 days at the time of writing this post.

If only there was a way to keep this new update’s progress!

Well, I have good news for you reader! you see, I have a Twitter account that I use to post updates on the games I make, so if you follow me there, You will get updates on not only Basement but all other games I make in the future!

You can find my Twitter page here!

That’s all for now, take care.

Another house i made long time ago.

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

"Our work is never over" they said.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
