Progress Update ~ 1 ~

- The Little Things -


Hello! During the past 2 days since I released the poll (which got 100% in yes votes, thanks!) I've started to develop the game a small bit. This includes:

  • The Menu

  • Some of the soundtrack (Day, Night and Menu songs)

  • The Game Over/Jumpscare screen

  • Some of the Night cycle

    • 1/2 of the backgrounds needed

    • Started on tasks to do during night (e.g. managing resources, feeding your character...

    There's also some more stuff I have to work on such as...

  • Day Cycle (Backgrounds 5% done, other art 0%, coding 0%)

  • An optional Tutorial before playing (0% done)

  • Music (80% done)

  • Vending Machine & Items (concepts 10% done)

So overall, not doing too bad! I'll share a few sneak peek screenshots below, though their hidden with the spoiler feature, in case you want to keep the surprise. With that, thanks for reading and I'll hopefully update soon!

Wanted to draw these 2 fellas before the month ended since OOTIM was released this month last year!

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
